The room is available now. Basically you can just take ur luggage and bring it up.

You may walk towards the left side from the guard house to get the laundry, hardware shop and food. Giant will be walking distance towards the right.

You may take a swim at the swimming pool for free. As a plus, there is a mini market at level 5. If you need a bus to schools? There is UPM and APPIT busses available. There is a very beautiful the mines lake, which is right opposite the condo. You may view it from your room or at the facility floor.
