Im a respectful, responsible and organized professional whose looking for mutual qualities in a roommate for this wonderful townhome which is in a prime/quite location (within a 15 to 20 minute drive to DTC, Cherry Creek, Lowery, Stapleton and Northfield areas). The Subrenter would have their own master bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet. We would share the common areas of the townhome including a space in the attached two car garage for the Subrenters possible vehicle or small and organized storage needs. The mentioned all inclusive rent (currently $900 but could reduce slightly for the right Subrenter) also includes high speed internet.
