This perfectly equipped nice apartment (living room & 1 Bed room) has a bright room with a small South orientation balcony giving to the forest, with a kitchen and a clean small bathroom with shower on a private resident and calm residence with private kids playground and court. Our sunny and comfortable apartment with its cute balcony is perfect for a couple or for 2 couples. (double sofa bed at the living room too).

10 minutes walk trought the lovely forest at a calm neigbourhood to the train station taking you to Paris downtown in 25.

You will find everything you would expect to have in an appartement. towels, bedsheets, duvet...., a fan for summer, central heating for winter, a shower, one equipped kitchen, TV, even one washing and dryer machine.
Overall very clean, just renovated on 2018, and a lot of light because of its Eastward exposure.

Saint Cyr l Ecole downtown is 8 minutes walk. The apartment is just at 3 blocks meters from the swiming pool and less 50 meters from the bakery and pizza delivery shop.
From the Versailles train station, it will take you 12 minutes by train to get in the heart of Paris with the rapid train and from Saint Cyr it will take 3 ride to Versailles train station.
Shops, Banks , Post office, Pharmacy and Medical Center at Saint Cyr dowtown less than 10 walk from home.
Cinema, about 4 restaurants and many shops less than 15 walk away from the apartment.
During the warm period it is definitely one of the best places to enjoy lovely sunny afternoons at the bars or restaurant or take a quick jump to Versailles downtown market place or anywhere at Paris later on the evenings.
All the nice people from the area use to have picnics along the lovely Canal at the Versailles Palace (at the Royal entry , free one).
