The flat is in an excellent part of Mendoza, La Quinta, a secure residential area, probably the best example of the citys tree-lined streets, just one block from the largest and best preserved park, Parque General San Martin. Its many attractions (a large lake, extensive gardens, a golf Club, a zoo and various restaurants)make this park a favoured spot with residents and tourists. Only two blocks away is Calle Aristides, with its vibrant nightlife as well as bars, restaurants, boutiques, banks and supermarkets. The flat is also only a few blocks away from the commercial city centre, which can be easily reached on foot.

The flat for rent is on the second and last floor of a newly built block of flats, with direct access to a large shared terrace with BBQ area.
