The house is located one block from the trolley, close from University of Penn, Drexel and USC. Three-story row house in University City that I rent out regularly. I am located In a beautiful street about a mile southwest of the University of Pennsylvania. The trolley line that takes you to Penn is around the corner (about 8 min ride) and to Center City.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen (on the first floor) and laundry in the basement would be shared.
