Our updated Covid-19 procedures and policies are as follows:
-All commonly touched surfaces in the lobby, front desk, laundry room, etc. are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly multiple times a day by our janitorial and front desk staff.
-All visitors, tenants and staff are encouraged to wear masks and social distance in all common areas.
-Elevators are limited to maximum to allow for social distancing.
-Hand sanitizer stations have been installed on each floor next to the elevators, laundry room, front desk, and lobby.
-All staff are monitoring their health closely along with abiding by local regulations at this time. We expect our Tenants to follow.

All of our studio apartments come with basic furniture, small kitchens, private bathrooms with tub and shower. Every apartment has large walk-in closets, high ceilings, wall-to-wall carpeting, mini-blinds on all windows, and a private router for FREE high-speed internet. Parking and air conditioning are available at an extra charge! Bed sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and other home goods are not included. There is controlled access 24-HOURS A DAY!
