The apartment is part of a gated condominium complex with 24 hours security and concierge. Located on the third floor of a recently designed and built by a famous Italian architect who has combined the scheme of an ancient Milanese building with post industrial elements of steel and glass softened by water and lots of green vegetation and sunlight.
The apartment which has a patio at the entrance, is composed of a living room with a large comfortable sofa, satellite TV with local and international channels and a few contemporary art pieces. A fully functional kitchen with a dishwashing machine, a bedroom that overlooks lots of vegetation and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a full size tub; it is also equipped with air-conditioning, WIFI and a washing machine.
Guest Access
Guest will have access to the entire apartment except my private office, which is not used when the apartment is rented.

50 meters to the left of complex is a cafeteria. (Breakfast & Lunch )
130 meters to the right of complex there are two cafeterias and a Pasticceria. The Cafeteria serves typical Italian breakfasts, lunch and happy hour drinks in the evening. The pasticceria serves typical Italian pastries.
