We have a very nice completley renovated apt. in Givatayim 20 meters from Tel Aviv. The quarter is calm but have a lot of cafe restaurants and commodities. Second floor no elevator but not lot of stairs.
Very beautiful with dish washer, laundry machine, internet and tv.
The apt is 10 minuts walking from Sarona, Azrielli, the street has lots of buses, Tel Aviv city bike station (tele ofan) 5 minuts walking, a quarter which is safe, residual with a lot of comfort stors. Parking places are easy to find. For a couple with 1 or 2 kids.
