This oceanfront home is located in a very small town, 10 minutes South of Montanita. Montanita is a very popular surfing town. This home is in a very quiet & private setting. There is a very large veranda on the 2nd level of the home. There is a full responsible kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. There are 2 additional bathrooms outside to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach. This beach is very quiet & typically has no one on it until after 5 p.m. at night. This home is very close to a full stocked grocery store, which is located in Olon, Ecuador. There are many small stores in this town that offer dairy, meats, fresh vegetables & fruits. Only one neighbor & he is a seasonal owner. If your is very poor, there is a local boy in town who speaks & English. He can assist you with translations. His mother will also clean the house (fee) & do laundry (fee). We can put you in contact with him, should you need it!
