The villa was huge and as depicted in the photos. Location is off the usual busy areas in Seminyak which is rather nice. We just arranged for our own driver/catch an Uber/Grab. The pool was amazingly big! As for the villa, there is the usual wear and tear, as well as insect issues (lots of ants in the bedroom). However, the housekeeper took care of the insects for us when we told her about it. The toilet bowl clogged up but Alexy was quick to respond and got someone to fix it on the same day. Checking in and out was tremendously easy and convenient. A good place to book for a reasonable price!

My family and I stayed here after a previous stay at a villa in Ubud. We were a group of five, including two toddlers. This home is lovely, the pool is a dream, and it is in a good location, with nice restaurants nearby and a pleasant walk to the beach. That said, there were certain things that just didnt work properly. For example, one bathroom sink didnt turn on, multiple sink and bathtub drains were missing stoppers, one toilet stopped flushing intermittently throughout the stay and often ran all night. Certain other things were just odd. We were only given one key for three adults in a big house, creating some significant logistical challenges until we got a second key, which was a loan from the maid. Previous guests had not checked out when we checked in, there was no soap in any of the soap dispensers when we arrived, there were no washcloths. Things like this add up when traveling with a group including small children. Alexy was responsive about our concerns, and that is definitely to his credit, but some things just did not get fixed in time. Some of our party felt rather dissatisfied, and left for other accommodations. This would be a great place to stay with a little more TLC or attention to detail, or if you are on a party vacation and you plan to mostly just sleep at the house. (Casey).

The House is good, good location,near Seminyak center, but it is bit hard to find, we got lost at the night, because the entrance is easy to miss. However, I still like the house, especially the pool and Alex have a great house keeper who will organize everything for you. (Victoria)

Villa looked exactly the same as the photos. Location is perfect - walking distance to mini mart and restarunts. 5 min drive to beach and hotspots. Alexy was very accomodating with the free ride from airport and anything you need you could contact him. Would recommend (Skott).
