My apartment is sweet place = 40m2, with a soul. It is located in quiet neighborhood, on ground floor, near the parking space. Building is new, less than 10 years old.

There are 4 rooms in it. Large corridor, adorable bedroom with large double bed, comfortable living room with TV with satellite programs in all languages, air condition, WiFi. There is large couch where normally 2 persons can sleep. If you like to read, there are books in English, Germany and Italian language. Also,there is kitchen, with everything you need for every day life and cooking, kitchen table with four chairs. Bathroom is large, comfortable with shower. Towels and linen. are included.
