I have multiple rooms available for Rent in a townhouse in JVC and I am looking for western minded people to join me, a German National, in living there.
The specifications are as follows:

- All rooms are fully furnished
- All rooms have an attached bathroom
- 4/6 rooms have an attached balcony
- there are 2 common areas with TVs
- huge kitchen with all required amendments
- all bills are included (dewa + du)
- cleaning lady cleans once a week
- payments are to be done at the beginning of every month
- 2 weeks notice period
