The apartment is fully furnished with bed, sofa, full kitchen, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Cable TV, heater and 2 minutes walk to a discount supermarket and Tram station.

Everything you need to live in a normal home is already in the apartment. Compact but lovely, for 1 or 2 persons!

Traveling outside my home country Germany for 1 year to for job but would not like to park away yet from the cozy apartment. I would prefer someone who can live there for 1 year starting from February 2019 but if flexibility is needed, we can agree for first 6 months and then extend later if both parties agrees.
