I am looking for a replacement for my room in a shared apartment with 10 other international students. The room is available from the 1st of July.


The room is comprised of a double bed, a desk, storage boxes and a balcony. The rent is 13500 NTD per month including electricity, gas, A/C, water, Wi-Fi, cable TV and cleaning lady coming 2 to 4 times a month.

Fully equipped house consisting of 3 floors, with:-
- 11 rooms (2 with private bathroom - all rooms with AC), 2 shared bathroom and cooking facilities, balcony and huge terrace;
- Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine;
- Living room with sofas, screen projector with cable TV (can be connected to laptops or game consoles) and high speed Wi-Fi;
- Very cozy and friendly environment, all the rooms are rented by friendly students!

Around:
- Shida night market nearby with many famous restaurants, bars, shops, parks, supermarkets, coffee shops and convenience stores;
- Near MRT Guting station & MRT Taipower Building station;
- Very close to NTNU, NTU, PCCU, TLI; frequent buses reaching NCCU & Soochow University.
