Our house is situated in the centre of the city. It takes 5 minites to walk to the downtown Kentron the Opera house, Yerevan Cascade, friendly University of Armenia, Saint Sarkis Cathedral.
It is very noiseless, clean air place with beautiful view of Ararat mountain.
One of the main particular qualities is that the house can be used as two separate houses.
