We are living in a shared apartment. An friendly teacher, a Tunisian graphic designer, an Egyptian student and me, an it professional. The Egyptian is going on holiday for two months and we are seeking for a clean, male and non-smoker roommate to replace him on June and July.
The apartment is fully furnished. We have all stuffs in the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, iron, kettle, toast machine, unlimited Internet etc.
In the room you will have a single bed, pillow, sheets, blanket, wardrobe, table and chair.
My apartment is clean, Everybody is respectful. None of us makes noise and disturbs others. When you need help, we are ready to do anything we can
Kadikoy is very central place in Istanbul. We have here almost all kind of public transports like, metro, metrobus, bus, minibus, ferry.
To go anywhere of Istanbul, probably the easiest departure point would be Kadikoy. And my place, it is five to 10 minutes to all kinds of transportation.
Around the apartment there are many restaurants, cafes, shopping places, pubs, clubs etc.
On the street there are free parking places and there are enough private parking places to use.
The rent is 900 TL (bills are included)
