The beach is 5 min drive to, close to Ibn Batuta mall ( 15 min walk).All ground floors of the area are retail so there are 4 supermarkets, laundry, ATM, dozens of restaurants, pharmacy, private gyms, saloons, bakeries, etc only minutes away.
