A large, gorgeous apartment is provided for rent on the first floor of the villa. It features two living rooms, two bedrooms with a double bed each, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The rooms are finely decorated with frescoes. A piano, a hi-fi equipment and a Tv with Sky channels are provided in the apartment. Microwave, washing machine, kettle, hair dryer, iron and iron board are provided as well. Two further single beds can be provided in a living room.

The villa benefits from a large garden with beautiful old-age trees.
Bicycles are available for guests, free of charge.

Located just a few km from Pisa city center and only three minutes driving from a highway exit, the villa is an ideal base to visit the main art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano)and to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside with its lush green hills and its picturesque medieval villages. The beach is just 20 minutes driving from the property.

But a car is not necessary: shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, as well as a train station and a bus stop are within walking distance from the property.

Golf courses are available in Tirrenia, just 20 minutes driving. Wellness treatments in a natural grotto are available at S. Giuliano spa, only 15 minutes driving from the property.
