During Christmas and Easter the price per day is $250

Apartments are completely furnished and equipped with:

Italian kitchen with granite countertops
Gas stove with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and other electrical appliances and kitchen utensils
Washing and drying machines in each apartment
Air-conditioners and ceiling fans
45-inch TV set, cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet
2 parking spaces as a part of rental service
Layout of the apartment includes open-space living room, joined with dining area and kitchen, two or three bedrooms, bathrooms (two or three), wardrobe room and spacious terrace. Price level depends on apartment size and rent period. It includes payments for utility services and electricity.

While renting apartment you also have the benefits of using “Casa Club” facilities: water park “Splash”, big swimming pool and kid’s playgrounds for all tenants during their stay, plus standard membership in Gold’s Gym (for 2 or 3 persons depending on apartment’ size).
