Jennifer was kind and professional every time we communicated. She was always super quick to respond and answered all of my questions. She was available to talk over the phone, messages on the site, and text message. She was kind enough to offer me a discount as well. After I signed a lease and paid the rent and deposit to her, the same evening I found out that I was no longer going to be in Mesa for my school rotation. I contacted Jennifer that evening explaining my situation and she was very understanding and agreed to cancel my reservation with a full refund. I would recommend Jennifer as a landlord for any of her properties due to her professionalism, prompt response time, and her understanding in my difficult situation. I hope I am able to rent from her in the future if Im sent to Mesa, AZ.

Im just now spending my last few days in this awesome condo. It has really been great staying here, everything you could possibly need. Jen is a great person to work with and has obviously spent a good deal of time making sure everything is just right. I would recommend Jen and her place to anyone needing temporary housing - its the next best thing to home!

I rented a condo with Jen for 3 months and I had the best experience. Jen herself is wonderful - so easy to work with and invested in ensuring that everything is perfect in the condo! The condo had everything I needed and more, she really has thought of everything! The condo was very comfortable and really felt like home. When you want to have the smoothest, least stressful lease rental, talk to Jennifer! She has been so wonderful, communicative with stellar follow up! Her property we have rented from her is lovely, newer furniture, linens and towels. Also very clean with plenty of supplies. We needed a place to rent ASAP due to a last minute job offer, and I found her on sublet.com. I have been traveling in health-care for a couple of years and this is the best furnished condo I have been in! We were out of state and able to get this all taken care of online! Jennifer made this all so easy and I cant thank her enough.

This apartment is lovely! It has everything to meet your basic needs and then some!. Jennifer is very responsive to all enquires. So far it has been an awesome place to live.

Jennifer was responsive to messages and easy to work with. She accommodated our schedule and the payment process was simple. She made sure the apartment had everything anyone would need for a complete home.

The apartment was exactly as presented on the site. I would definitely rent from her again.

She was prompt with the deposit refund and all requests during the rental period were taken care of immediately.

We greatly enjoyed living in the appartment as well as interacting with the landlord Jennifer. We arrived to Denver with only clothing and toys for our two little kids, and we found everything we needed in the appartment. It was very clean, comfortable and nice and had everything we would need during our 5-week stay. Jennifer was tremendously kind and caring, she helped us with many things and questions. Being complete strangers in the place, we immediately felt like home. Jennifer was flexible in terms of documentation and means of pay, which was very helpful. Many landlords require proof of employment and monthly earnings even if one pays the whole amount in advance. We simply did not have that, which closed the doors for us to most rentals.
We feel very lucky that we found this website and this wonderful place and we are greatful to Jennifer for her high quality service and customer care. Thank you, Jen!

My experience has been wonderful. The condo is beautiful and has all the amenities and more. Jennifer has been great and has definitely went the extra mile to make sure my stay is excellent.

A very pleasnant surprise!! The ownwer, Jen and her condo are awesome. She personally met me at the condo on the day I arrived for a tour of the complex and to answer all my questions. I love to work out, the gym is brand new and beautiful. It is attached to a indoor pool. My wife and I have been renting one of Jens condos for the last 2 months while searching for a home to buy in Denver. This condo is excellent, very clean and well equipped!
Jen has a genuine concern for our comfort. She offers convenient electronic payments and signatures for signing the lease which was great because we lived out of state and didnt meet Jen or see the condo till our check in date. We would highly recommend Jen and her condos!
