We have one living room, one kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this apartment. Each bedrooms is cozy, relaxed and quiet, with queen size double beds, so you can live together with a friend. The living room is really nice, where you can watch TV shows. Also, we have a washing machine, a refrigerator, a juicer, a pot, a steel wok, as well as a microwave oven in the kitchen. Short term (monthly basis) or Long term lease (preferred) are both ok.
The apartment is keeping very clean and organized. It is so convenient to everywhere. Nearby Shida (National Taiwan Normal University), bus stops, night market, traditional market, stores ., etc.
