I am looking to rent my beautiful 4 1/2 apartment in the heart of downtown montreal (De la Montagne) as I am leaving the country in July 2017. The place is very spacious, bright and is fully equipped (washer, dryer in the apartment). There are 2 bathrooms, both with a bath. The building has a gym and a sauna. Also a very short walking distance from all universities, shopping malls and convenience store, bars... The rent is 2250 month for the apartment.
My lease ends in October but it is renewable
