I am looking for flatmates to share the flat from January

The prices is 300 usd for a bedroom with private toilet, and 250 usd for a smaller bedroom with no toilet. Electricity (7 usd per month) and gas (13 usd per month) is not included, however, this value will be split between us.

The flat is full furnished, big kitchen, laundry machine, laundry dryer.

You just need to get some sheets and blankets.
