We need to sublet our apartment beginning May 1 through September 30. A longer rental is absolutely possible with a follow-on lease with the building. And a shorter duration is also possible, at the actual cost of the rental ($1800) provided the lease starts on May 1.

This apartment is in the brand-new Union Building, which offers an ideal downtown location at the corner of Elm and Church Street, and excellent amenities, including a washer and dryer in unit, beautiful marble bathroom, fully equipped gym, bike storage and penthouse level common room and patios. The apartment will be unfurnished, and tenant will be responsible for the application, cable, internet and electricity. The rent includes gas and hot water so utility bills are minimal.

The apartment is extremely close to Yale University and both the State Street and Union train stations, and it is convenient to East Haven, Branford, Guilford, West Haven, Milford, Orange, Stamford and Hartford.

Tenant must pass background and credit check.
