This is a room for rent. The lease is a two-month minimum with month-to-month following that. The room is furnished with a ROKU tv, rack for clothing/storage (No closet included), a full-size bed with protective encasing and box frame, and a small dresser. There is a dining room with a tv and cable. Access to a washer and dryer is in the home and included in the rent for usage. You will have access to a deep freezer as well as a regular refrigerator for food. Shared kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. We are looking for a clean tenant who pays on time and is respectful. This unit is available as soon as possible for rent.
