Flat in a new built house, 50 metres from tube, new renovated, with central heating, air conditioning, electricity, cable TV, internet, furnished and household items. The flat is ready to live.

Smokers are not allowed to smoke in the flat.

At the pre-arranged time, guest(s) will be awaited the landlord in the apartment, who will hand the keys to the guest(s).The landlord will go to collect the keys when guest(s) will be checking out.

Guests should be aware that they will be required prior to checking out to pay fair and reasonable compensation for any damage they have caused to the apartment or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

The check in time is any time after 2 p.m. (unless agreed otherwise).
Check out time is any time before midday (unless agreed otherwise).
