The airport is an hour drive whereas Port-Louis, the Capital, a is a 20 minutes’ drive away.

When you pass the large coconut trees that frame the front garden and the swimming pool, youll find a charmingly modern, airconditioned, bright and open concept living house. This fully equipped 4 bedrooms, 3 bath fully furnished house is very comfortable and features tiles flooring for easy maintenance and a well-equipped friendly kitchen including fridge, oven, stove and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, where youll find seating for six at a beautifully wooden table and upholstered chairs, fitting perfectly alongside the other furniture and décor and opens on a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the private pool. The huge terrace has seating for six with chairs and a large table. Comfortable couches and coffee table round up the living room with its large windows allowing day lights to flow seamlessly in.
The master bedroom with a king size bed, has an ensuite with a full-sized bathtub, shower a walk-in closet with an extra cupboard and opens out to a balcony overlooking the pool. An additional room with a queen size bed also enjoys their own appointed ensuite whereas the 2 other bedrooms, each with queen size beds, share a common bath with shower. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and two parking spots available on the driveway. I can also arrange for a housekeeper and a gardener for frequent cleaning for a reasonable charge.Please note that the inside and the outside walls of the house have been repainted!
