If you want to try a brand new apartment just contact me! It is apropriate for romoute workers, because we created a dining corner which totally satisfies the home workers requirements. The apartment is non smoking, but right in front of the apt. there is an open air so called gang, that is pretty much suitable for smokers, just step out of the flat, and you can smoke....
Utilities are aprox 35.000 Huf in the winter season, including common cost, heating, internet, etc. every costs.
From this point easy to reach everything: Public transport, Restaurants, Pubs, Night Life, tourist attractions. In case you want to study in Budapest this apartment is so close to several Colleges and Universities.
My completely renovated flat is the best choice if you come to Budapest.
The location is perfect for turists - next to the tram 4/6, very close to Oktogon and Blaha Lujza square where you can get on Metro. The attractive friendly square with all its bars and restaurants is just a few steps away from the flat. There are two double beds (a king size and a normal one) plus a sofa, and many extra ammenities, including AC, full kitchen, full bathroom, washing-dryer machine and wifi. The apartment had been designed in modern style and the comfortability was the main rule. You can wach movies from USB on TV. Please be aware it is on the 2.floor, there is no elevator in the building.
