Huge kitchen, living room, family room with 55 regular or 120 projection TV, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi tub, shower, half acre grassy meadow. Multiple parking spaces.

Interaction with guests

As often or as little as you like. I live in the attached in-law residence. Although I am almost always around when guests arrive, I may be out of town for the start or end of your visit. I am always available by phone, text or email.

Other things to note

The house is powered by a brand new 12 kilowatt solar array, out of sight in the lower meadow where you are welcome to take a look.
