GIRLS ONLY! I am subleasing my apartment for the spring semester of college. I am planning on moving to Greenville and am need of someone to sublease my apartment. The apartment complex is called Progress 910 and is located exactly a mile away from UNCW campus and about a 10 minute drive to CFCC. There is a huge pool, gym, tanning beds, etc. The apartment has a nice size kitchen and living room which includes a tv, a balcony, a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The bedroom is a very great size for a teenager and it comes with a desk, bed side table, bed frame and mattress, and dresser. The closet is a walk in closet and has plenty of space, the bathroom is also a great size, it is a bath tub/shower. The floorplan for this room is super cute and you will fall in love with it, when you come to check it out!
