The apartment is non smoking, but right in front of the apt. there is an open air yard, that is pretty much suitable for smokers, just step out of the flat, and you can smoke....
Utilities are aprox 25.000-30.000 Huf, including common cost, heating, internet, etc. every costs.
From this point easy to reach everything: Public transport, Restaurants, Pubs, Night Life, tourist attractions. In case you want to study in Budapest this apartment is so close to several Colleges and Universities.

The location is perfect for turists - next to the tram 4/6, very close to Oktogon and Blaha Lujza square where you can get on Metro. The attractive friendly square with all its bars and restaurants is just a few steps away from the flat. There is one double bed plus a sofa, and many extra ammenities, full kitchen with oven, wifi and SMART TV, washing machine, dryer, airconditioner, electronic shutter, radiator heating. The apartment had been designed in modern style and the comfortability was the main rule. There is a smart TV in the apartment. You can watch movies on TV. Please be aware it is on the ground floor. It is appropriate for remoute workers and freelancers with its strong wifi and calm environment.
