Snow and rubbish removal and microwave & refrigerator in each room along
with private flat screen wall mounted Television and each rooms PRIVATE BATH.

Motel is within close walking distance to a diner and reasonable distance to a fuel stop.
Previous tenants have enjoyed the Motel and there is no maximum stay.

For the purpose of keeping the Motel as comfortable as possible to ALL ROOMS are no smoking tolerated. Receptacles for cigarettes are located outdoors only.

There is no lease and all taxes are included in the charges (call for details).
