Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Its a great room in a 4 bedroom apartment at the lofts. The contract is until July 2018. But its also possible to keep the room longer. The rent would be 600 per month.

If you take the apartment, you get all my room furnishing and room items such as pillows, blankets, hanger, carpets,... for free.
