It lies in a region of tourist-cultural monuments, and at a distance of 1km from the Monastery of San Pedro de Cete, 500metres from the sanctuary of Our people of the Valley and 2km from the Saviour Monastery of Paço de Sousa
This townhouse is located on the first floor of a villa with floor 0 and first floor. It has a shared outdoor space where there are two barbecues, car park, garden and pool. This area is all fenced for child safety. The pool is also fenced.
