We are renting our 3/4 bedroom, 1 office/ 2 living room, 2 bathroom home on the Retiro Park in Madrid over the next few years while we live in the States. We prefer a long term rental but shall consider offers.
The apartment overlooks a beautiful garden and is very cool and comfortable in the summer and warm in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the house. Washer/Dryer, tv, microwave, breakfast nook etc.
There are exceptional schools in the area.
