This is a Share House in an historic neighborhood. Female prefered can not be allergic to cats. You would have a bedroom and living area 2 private rooms of your own, share kitchen , bathroom.. Split Electric Bill included in the rate. I have 2 Cats and a tiny dog that do not go into the rental rooms. If you had an over night shift this is a perfect opportunity. Smallwood is very quiet during the day especially on week days. I am a female so looking since we would share the bathroom and kitchen. Please be a mindful person that keeps the room clean and cleans after cooking.
