This is our Studio 2! This is a lovely spacious room which has a big window that provides of natural light. It offers a comfy double bed, 1 big closet, sofa, desk, chair and one small armchair. It also has a fully equipped private bathroom and a small kitchen that it is shared with the other studio. It counts with fridge, washing machine, microwave, sink and shelves. A fully furnished kitchen is available in the ground floor. Wi-Fi is free in all the property.

We are located in the best area in Abu Dhabi. Khalidiyah is a calm and safe neighborhood. The Corniche Public Beach is 2 minutes away by walking. There is a big variety of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Spinneys Supermarket which is open 24/7 is just 100 meters away and bus stops. The Villas are located near to Abu Dhabi main attractions such as Etihad Towers, Emirates Palace hotel and Heritage Village. Marina Mall can be reach by car in only 7 min.
