Fantastic Pool Villa in the heart of Thambong Chalong.24 gated security. The Villa is 3 min walk to all main shops and restaurants,banks. The Chalong Pier is close by. The nearest beach is Nai Han Beach 15 min motorbike ride,30 min to Patong and all the party animals,Makro and Tesco 5 min motorbike ride. We love the place as it is secluded from other Thai properties with mainly friendlyers who live there for long term. We rent our Villa over Low season long term and in high season short term as the rentals per day is double then the amount paid over low season.We are a couple and my kids come sometimes to visit. My kids are all grown up. I am a teacher but also run a property business. My partner is more the IT person and builds apps and websites,repairs computers. We also can offer you trips. We love to live with others as i traveled in my past always and stayed in Backpackers. We love to prepare meals and eat all together. The Villa has quite a nice big pool and a pool table.If you have a cat or dog bring along but please make sure you keep the house clean . We cannot let the animals jump on sofas or beds. They need their own little corner bed:)I am German and my Partner is British. He loves music and being a DJ. He loves drummer base and i hate it.
