rent inclusive of monthly dues

minimum of 6 months rent
1 month security deposit + PDC for 6 months rent/stay
1 month security deposit+ 1 month advance + PDC for 1 year rent
P1,500/day in fraction after of a month/s rent
*if PDC not available, provide 2 months advance + 1 month
deposit
*Request for extension of stay shall be submitted to landlord
2 weeks before the contract expire, acceptance will be on
landlord discretion.
*security deposit will give back full after contract ends if
