In the text below, you will see two rooms, A and B. A is a full size bed, twin is B. Add 100 dollars monthly for a full size bed. Each room is single occupancy. If you want a private bath, add $200. The second bath is a 1/2 bath but the format on this platform does not allow me to input it that way. I also have a whole house near downtown Dallas. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with only access through a bedroom. Pricing can fluctuate with demand and season at any time from the ads posted date. Prices are rent only, all else is extra. No smoking, no pets.
Flexible leasing with a month stay, or longer or days or weeks added on to a previous, continuous one month stay or longer. Shorter stays considered with higher daily price. You pay 1/2 utilities + internet/Netflix .

Room A
Sunny and bright room in a spacious home. Nicely decorated with antiques. Shades and curtain to darken the room. Decoration is friendlya farm style. Chest of drawers, washstand, end table, glider, chair, floor lamp. Desk and office chair. Rug.
Full size bed. Ceiling fan. Wood floors.

Room B
Twin bed. Chest of drawers. Smaller chest. Early pioneer chair. Lounge chair. Ottoman.
Floor lamp. Book case. Rug. End table. Desk and its chair. Decorated with an on-the-go mentality with a sea chest, vintage luggage, planes, trains, boats, European scenes.. Ceiling fan. This room can be decorated either in a more feminine or masculine way or neither. You will see various different pictures of rooms A and B.

Bathroom is 1940s tile vintage. Shared with the other room person.
Common areas: living room one for reading, den for TV watching, relaxing.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry unit on site.
Backyard with mature trees and a BBQ grill, patio furniture.

The home is quiet, tranquil and located very close to White Rock Lake and the Arborteum, Dallas premier park and major destination point in east Dallas. 3 min. walk to shopping center, Starbucks. Public golf course just a 5 min. car drive.
It is also within five to 30 minutes of major hospitals. 15 minutes to Downtown Dallas, SMU, Greenville Ave., Deep Ellum.

Utilities are included as a 200 dollar allowance. After that, 1/2 utilities. Internet is a month with Netflix included. Spring and fall are lighter usage than summer and winter. Both rooms A and B have their own AC units and own heat radiator units for more comfort.

I can redecorate the room for a more masculine or feminine look.
Honesty, respect, and cleanliness, tidiness are key. No smoking, no drugs. no drama. Must be covid considerate and conscientious.
