There is a laundry room, and air conditioning. Hardwood floors and fireplace. Modern kitchen. 2 bedrooms 13x13 available One female (owner)already in 3rd bedroom. Must be ok with cats. They are very friendly and clean.
All utilities included : internet, gas & electric and water.
Cleaning lady once a month to chip in for is required. Shared bath.
Good for student, professional or medical resident at St. Barnabas Hospital. Very quiet with a great yard with patio and grill. Off street parking.
