A really spacious studio apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, total 700 square feet. Its located in a friendly and nice neighborhood, on the first floor and theres a small garden attached to the apartment. Utilities is all included and apartment is well furnished and decorated. Ive been living here for past year but had to leave the country for work till end of this year, so would like someone clean to take over the room till end of year.
