Lillys apartment was as advertised, a very spacious, clean and extremely well located in UES, next to 24-hr amenities and shops.

I specifically liked her hospitality and flexibility in accommodating some special requests on entrance and exit times.

The building is very classy with friendly full-time doormen, washer-dryer on every floor, balcony access and gym.

I would recommend this stunning apartment to anyone wishing to stay in UES and would not think twice if I am visiting NYC on a short stay again.

In June/July I cam ein contact with Lilly via the sublet.com.
It has been a surprisingly comfortable communication with prompt answers to my enquiries. I was receiving eamil repsonses within 24 hours (usually much less) and once it iwas esteblished that I was really interested we continued via the phone despite the fact that she was on vacations in Europe. Also, as my flight arrive pretty light I plan to arrive in the apprartment in mid-night. This was not a problem and she offered to handle it with the reception in the building. Similary as I was planning to stay in the apprtment for 2 weeks recovering from an orthopedic surgery she provided with all information to ensure that 2 week on a couch of he appartment would pleasant. Overall an excellent communication.

This apartment is a delight. It is beautifully decorated, lots of light, a good kitchen and comfortable. The people in the building are friendly and if anything is amiss e.g. a faulty plug, it is tended to immediately. We enjoyed working with Lilly Gavas, the owner. She is a helpful, no-nonsense, fun-to-know person –and gives great suggestions for restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment.
