We are about 15 minutes out of Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Soquel, or Capitola, in the hills above, nestled among the redwoods. Conveniently located just a few miles from HWY 17 for an easy commute to Silicone Valley (only about 20/25 min, non-compute time, over the hill to the Silicone Valley), or if you are commuting into Santa Cruz, you can take backcountry roads into Santa Cruz, Soquel, Capitola, Aptos or Scotts Valley missing all the traffic.

We are in a perfect commute location to Dominican Hospital as there is no traffic using just country roads with no traffic lights and only 3 stop signs to get to the back parking lot at Dominican Hospital. We are also in a great position if you commute over the hill as we are just 20/25 minutes from Los Gatos, so you never have to deal with the Hwy 17 / Hwy 1 interchange, which gets backed up at various times of the day.

Special note: This is a small working farm. We have horses, goats, an alpaca, ducks, and a goose; they all talk and make noise, we ride our farm quad on the hill to move around manure for the garden, we have farm dogs and cats that protect the property, although we make a major investment in fly control, we are a farm and flies happen in warmer weather, we always have projects going on the property. We are currently upgrading the Studio and adding a window.
