Hey! We are two best friends and Juilliard grads working in music nonprofits and software. We have a beautiful furnished room available immediately in a spectacular prewar apartment.

This is the apartment of our dreams, with high ceilings, wood moldings, hardwood floors, and furniture we have chosen to make a warm, gracious space. In our living room, we have a super nice Baldwin baby grand piano that gets a lot of love.

Some notes about our lifestyle: we are pretty quiet and nerdy and we put a lot of work into keeping the space clean. We keep it quiet after 10pm. We are LGBTQ friendly (one of us is LGBTQ identified). We do a bunch of entertaining and also having musicians, dancers, and artist types over to make music.

The room is 14 by 12 with a large closet, and it has its own private bathroom next to it down the hall.

There is laundry, storage, and bike racks in the basement. Our apartment itself is on the first floor, so there is no walk up.

The kitchen is furnished with tons of stuff for baking and cooking, including appliances. There is also a dishwasher!

There is street parking in case you have a car.

Were in Crown Heights near the Bed-Stuy border, a couple blocks from the Nostrand A/C train or the Kingston-Throop C. No pets. No couples. All utilities (internet, gas, electricity, hot water) included. Contact on Sublet.com for all interests!
