Im looking for an awesome new roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with myself and 2 cats Anikan and Chase.

Apartment is located in a trendy area-Yonge and Eglinton. Walking distance to TTC, subway, restaurants, shopping and bars. Available for March 1st.
Rent is $1200 a month and includes hydro, internet and cable. Apartment is fully furnished except for the room being rented. Building has on site laundry, spacious balcony, outdoor pool and gym.

Relationship to the unit: I am the current tenant seeking a new roommate. Rent will be paid directly to me

Lease terms- Minimum of 6 months with the option to stay longer. No need to be added to the lease. Long term renters preferred.

Documents required for the application –Proof of income, first and last month rent deposit

Additional information: Ideal roommate must be a easy going working professional thats friendly, tidy and pet friendly.
