The location of these condos is very convenient. There are public transportation, banks, many restaurants and shops just a 2 minute walk away. The Sentul KTM station is about a 15 minute walk away. A new grocery store is opening next door in April in Riverwalk, and a new MRT station is also opening soon, just 2 blocks away.

The condos are also very safe and we havent ever had any problems with security. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The gym has recently been updated with new equipment, and they about almost finished renovating the second swimming pool.

Our Unifi internet/TV/phone contract is also available for transfer. Currently it includes everything for 139rm/month, but it can be downgraded to a cheaper price if you want a slower speed of internet. It would be a big help if we could pass it on to someone!
