One fully furnished bedroom, with a queen size bed. Plenty of closet space and a
nice size dresser w/mirror attached. There is a swimming pool in a nice spacious
backyard to cool off in the hot weather. Full size kitchen, (dishwasher not working at the responsibleent), and there are two bathrooms in the house. The living area has a 50 TV and WIFI is available. Satellite is Dish network, plus Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime available. There is a 16 yr old orange tiger cat named Stewie, that is indoors, but never comes out of my room. (very shy around people). Alarm system included.

My neighborhood is very quiet and safe. This community has a very strong neighborhood watch, and very few families w/kids. Walmart and other major grocery stores are less then a mile away. Cosco and Sams club are close by, so are two major highways, such as: 95 and 215. Private driveway is available too!
