For the summer 2019 we are offering One bedroom apartment located in area of Sveti Stefan.
The apartment 39sq.m is located on the first floor of building only 150m from the sea. The apartment has a separate sleeping room which contains 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and can accommodate total of 5 people.
Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom has a washing machine and the apartment has a nice balcony.
Apartment has cable Tv, Wi-fi and a space for the car infront.
Only 200m from the building there is a bus stop for city bus wchich goes to Budva city (15min) and 20m far there is a grocery shop.
During the summer season, the apartment is rented on a daily basis:
June / September: 30eur per day
July / August: 50-60eur per day
