There are TWO rooms on the 3rd floor. This is ROOM D and It is very small, containing a queen-size TemPurpedic bed, glass and blond-wood shelving unit and small folding desk and chair.. BUT it also has a PRIVATE BATHROOM consisting of a large walk-in limestone shower, a double-sink granite vanity and a separate water closet. You would use the large walk-in closet in the hallway. NOTE: THE FUTON IN THE PHOTOS HAS BEEN REPLACED with a high-end Tempur-Pedic queen bed.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the 3rd floor.

The four residents have full access to the first floor which contains: fully furnished and equipped living and dining rooms; kitchen; and back deck. The ideal occupants will considerately clean up after themselves; be friendly/cordial with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home, perhaps occasionally having a few people over for a meal or game night. This is not a party house; this is grown folks living, lol.

Residents undergo a background check. There is a 500 dollar refundable damage fee and a one hundred dollar non-refundable move-out cleaning fee.
